Can you believe it? Overwhelming. Flow and let go.


Can you believe that I’ve actually stuck to cross-training each week?! <-That is how bad my disc bulge scared me.

And below is the main reason this bathroom set-up works very well currently: it’s so easy for Beck to pop in and hang out with some trains when he wakes up.

Those of you that Peloton or bike… Would you rather hit a certain output from a faster cadence or a heavier resistance? I am ALL about the resistance, but speeding up the cadence makes it so much harder. How I end every ride (PS my hand is purple from the reflection on the screen, I hope;):

I have never once won Uno against Skye. I do not know how she does it. None of us go easy on her and she wins every time.

Brooke and I are still going strong on our pink/purple streak.

I share so many treats on this blog, but had a lot of these yesterday, too:

After school we went up to Sundance to ski and then found out that the lifts were closed because of lightning. Others decided to hike up the mountain to ski; we drove straight home.

I took advantage of the Mango winter clearance (it is up to 70% off) and the kids are now ready for their Paris fashion.

It was a creamy shrimp pasta for dinner with roasted veggies kind of a night. I’ve been doing a lot better with meal planning but find I can only do about 3-4 nights at a time. I then usually eat leftovers for lunch (eh, sometimes breakfast, too;), but doing a full week feels overwhelming. Anyone else?

Followed directly by one of our favorite chocolate chip cookies.

Brooke and I have a current book club book. So far, it’s so good.

And this was JUST the class I needed to end the day with: Flow and Let Go. I love this class.

Ever eat non-breakfast food for breakfast?

-If there is leftover bbq chicken pizza, it’s a guarantee that I will throw it into the air fryer for breakfast.

-Brooke’s grandma tells me about how they walk to the market every morning for their food in Marseille, France and my heart longs to do that.
