(shorts… on sale for Black Friday and my all-time favorite running shorts)
Let’s get started with a post with everything I can remember from yesterday (work/laundry/cleaning not included due to that being boring) even though I feel like I’ve lost my brain because I can’t remember what happened 5 minutes ago.
I slept horribly (I blame it on not running) and then slept through my alarm clocks and messed up 8 different things in the morning because of sleeping in.
I got the kids ready for school and Mr. Beck refuses to eat breakfast items currently so it was Mac ‘n Cheese at 7:30 am for him.
Morning side note: You know these guys in front of stores that flail around? This is exactly what Skye does when I’m doing her hair in the morning so I always count this as my first workout of the day.
We somehow made it on time to school regardless of my alarm clock not doing
I went to the gym once everyone was at school and hit my record time being on the stair climber. I’m sorry if this photo makes you miss my daily garmin photos. Hopefully, those will be back again shortly. Sorry for the inconvenience;)
I started this book (how am I just now using Libby… there isn’t a better app on the planet) and was so into the story from the beginning, I almost tripped on the stairclimber.
PROGRESS with my pull-ups is happening!
One thing I’m loving about going to the gym is how I can watch people and copy their strength training moves. I’m excited about that.
In the morning I had a text from the Keira about meeting up for brunch. Even if I couldn’t have, I would have found a way to make it work. Injured Utahns unite… although, I think both of us will be running soon.
The prettiest sight to be seen:
Public service announcement: Trader Joe’s has their almond Danish Kringle again!
Jo (my friend that I’ve run with a million times over the last few years) had her baby! The almond kringle is her favorite so I took one over and got to hold her sweet new baby. I’ve had three babies and somehow I forgot how absolutely tiny and fragile they are when they are first born.
And then the kids were all done with school and we defrosted in front of the fire.
Curly came on over which makes everyone’s day.
Dinner was a simple one…
Deliciouso.
Andrew and I finished up with bedtime with the kids and then Dancing for the Devil documentary on Netflix (about a cult like situation).

Do you ever sleep through your alarm clocks?
Are there any fruits that you do not like?
-I can’t think of any for me!
Do you find running to help you sleep better?
Who else uses Libby?
