“When my heart woke up, it told me it needed eggs.” So that is how the morning started, going to the grocery store for eggs. I miss being the morning person that Beck is currently. I’m not sure I will ever be back.
It was a biking day, and I tried to include more lower resistance and higher cadence intervals because they are my weakness. My heart rate reminded me quickly that I need to do this more often because they burned.
I could live off of El Tio.

Andrew practiced bowing down to me for my birthday today;)
There was gymnastics…
And then Beck and I caught up with some friends with little boys, and he was in heaven chasing them around.
And then we finished off with a quiet night at home;)
Off for a birthday run… We are supposed to get some more snow today, too!
PS Does anyone have a temperature control smart mug like this one? I’m considering it to continue to make it through the winter with my Perk…
Speaking of perk, I’ve switched from the Chai to this one lately, and I swear it is actually better than normal hot chocolate.
